Automatic Writing Exercises & Overview

What You Need:

• Pen
• Paper (large enough that you won't need to flip or turn the page to continue Writing)
• Candle (optional)
• The Star tarot card, which is associated with Aquarian energy

The Intention: Before you begin, take some time to think about any goals that you have set for yourself. These can be related to anything, such as starting a new creative project, launching a business, losing weight, quitting smoking, gaining confidence, or overcoming any obstacles that have previously stood in your way. Remember, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

During this exercise, you will tap into your inner mind and discover that it can create its own unique solutions to the problems you've been experiencing. Take some time to meditate and select one focused intention, goal or idea that you've been met with resistance. This will be the intention you'll ask your Higher Self to empower you with innovative solutions and creative alternatives for success.

What You'll Do:

1. Begin by visualizing a candle. See the white light of the candle flame being drawn downwards, from your mind's eye, through your body. This beautiful flame is within you. You are in the Light. You are the Light. You are protected by your own positive psychic energy field. You can also light a candle during your automatic writing session for added energetic support if you choose to.
   
   
2. Ask your ancestors, guides, angels or the Divine to come to you during your meditation and ritual.
   
   
3. With one hand holding your pen above the paper, allow the messages to flow from Spirit to form without trying to nudge or understand what is being written. You might find yourself drawing, writing symbols, or even numbers. Allow it to flow. You'll have a chance to examine it later.
   
   
4. When your hand finally calms down, thank your guides for helping you and providing insight in that moment.
   
   
5. Close out the circle by dismissing and thanking your ancestors, guides, angels or the Divine for their guidance.

Reading The Channeled Message: Take some time to research the symbols and words that came through. Remember, you can trust your unconscious mind to act in your own best interests. "28/9 I was waiting for the date of Marie's prediction and see what would happen." Marie predicted a certain date for contact in september, and when the date came and went, now in tears. "Marie was surprised because she felt that the contact really took place She felt that all that. "She felt that all the time." She felt that all that. She was advised to stay away from calling advisors, including herself, for 7 - 10 days readings were disturbing the energy, and that's what caused the delay.

What they do not know - can hurt them! Just because he or she does not know how much they're thinking about them - does not mean they do not "feel it". This is very similar to the concept of craft work, or spell work. If you are frequently calling psychics to energetically read on your situation or person in question - you are constantly "stirring" the energetic soup bowl. Further, depending on the type of psychic you are getting, it's even possible that you are actually energetically draining yourself and those in question.

Empaths are highly sensitive. This is the term commonly used in describing one's abilities (sensitivity) to another's emotions and feelings. Empathics "feel" other peoples emotions. They are asking about the "aura" (energy field) of the person. When asked to read your situation, the empath connects to the energy of the situation to "reading it". In short seeing how he or she "feels".

How does getting too many psychic readings affect the timing of an outcome?

Many people may find it hard to believe that someone can predict an event to a specific date, but I assure you it is something that I have trained for over 30 years to do. I have been asked how I am able to predict to a date, and it's a good question. The answer is quite lengthy, and I may do a video on it in the future. But, in short, it is about recognizing the difference in "energy" between something that will have a future impact, and another situation that is more fluid. Once you can notice and feel the differences between the two different event types, it takes more time and practice to read when the event will play out. I've been reading since I was 8 years old, and started giving dates only after 24 years of practice.

It's also important to note that while we have free will, many decisions are made subconsciously. This is where many people get confused if something is fated or not. It could be fated, but it could also be that you are consciously fighting a decision your subconscious has already agreed and made.

Additionally, keep in mind that if you do something, or there is an event that causes a negative ripple effect in the future, that event will unfold first. How one wants to react to the aftermath is their free will. However, free will can be an instant decision, where one decides at that moment and after they have made up their mind, there isn't always an opportunity to go back or course correct.
